  • Pasta.

    Our house-made pastas are made using an age-old technique known as lamination. Durum wheat, semolina, eggs and water are mixed and then passed through rollers until the dough forms a long, smooth sheet. Then we cut your pasta to order as fettuccine, linguine or spaghetti. We also make ravioli, cavatelli and lasagna sheets.
